
Lecturer Emre Çağman is an innovative researcher and designer who integrates his academic background in art and design disciplines with advanced technology, artificial intelligence, and digital practices. Focusing his work on graphic design, visual identity, branding, typography, and AI-supported design, Çağman approaches artistic production with a universal and multidisciplinary perspective.
Graduating from Ondokuz Mayıs University with a degree in Art Education (BA, 2010) and Visual Communication Design (MA, 2019), Çağman is currently pursuing his Proficiency in Art (PhD equivalent) at the same university. Throughout his career, he has taken active roles in both the sectoral and academic fields, managing educational technologies, corporate identity, infographic design, and digital marketing processes. Serving as a Lecturer at Giresun University since 2020, Çağman has undertaken key responsibilities in the university’s corporate accreditation, strategic planning, and visual identity designs. With artworks featured in numerous national and international exhibitions, he has recently provided theoretical contributions to contemporary digital culture debates through book chapters such as “The Theoretical Impact of Artificial Intelligence on Graphic Design”.
Integrating his expertise at the intersection of digital design and artificial intelligence with his mastery of the interdisciplinary STEAM education model into the MAREINS ecosystem, Lecturer Emre Çağman enriches the digital culture, visual communication, and user experience (UX/UI) dimensions of information systems, offering a uniquely creative perspective to the group’s collective vision that bridges technology and society.
