Ali Osman Oğur

Born in Adana in 1985, Ali Osman Oğur completed his secondary education at Adana Beşocak High School. He earned his undergraduate degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering at Giresun University and subsequently completed his master’s degree in the same field at the same university.

Professionally, Mr. Oğur serves within the General Secretariat of the Rectorate at Giresun University. In this capacity, he successfully executes key responsibilities such as managing internal correspondence, coordinating administrative processes, facilitating inter-departmental communication, and overseeing official procedures. Having completed his military service in Diyarbakır, he distinguishes himself as a professional who adds value to his institution through his technical knowledge, organizational skills, high sense of responsibility, aptitude for teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.

Mr. Oğur joined the MAREINS administrative team to apply his engineering discipline and analytical thinking to the group’s management structure. Leveraging his background as an engineer, he approaches administrative challenges with a systematic perspective, ensuring that operational workflows are optimized for efficiency. Within the consortium, he plays a critical role in the technical coordination of administrative tasks and supports the logistical framework, thereby reinforcing the group’s institutional stability.
